Fenergo needed a way to scale their staff, partner, and client training programmes. They asked Learning Stream to help. We consulted across the business and defined the Fenergo University strategy and  identified the delivery platforms – Jive and LearnUpon. With the new strategy, we implemented a streamlined content development process designed to maximize flexibility while minimizing the development effort.  We then retooled the Knowledge Management team and trained them so they could deliver engaging content using a variety of content development tools such as Adobe Captivate aligned to the overall strategy.

Fenergo continues to execute on the strategic shift to scalable, streamlined processes which include the use of all training modalities – eLearning, social learning, classroom, and virtual.
